October is breast cancer awareness month! We are extremely proud to announce that we have teamed up with "Team Shan" for our show at Good Time Charlies on Sunday, October 9th! "Team Shan" (named after Shanna Larsen) is a local charity in Woodstock with a national purpose to educate the public, health care professionals and young women on early detection, risk reduction and prevention of breast cancer.
Shanna (Shan) Larsen was a Woodstock resident, swimming instructor and lifeguard at Southside and she also was a professional figure skating coach in Thamesford and Embro. Shan graduated with a visual arts degree from Western and was heading off to teacher's college when she was diagnosed late with breast cancer at the age of 23. She would pass away a few months later at the age of 24 in 2005.
Shanna also loved music, bands and concerts - please join all the bands and "Team Shan" for a very special and unforgettable night of music and friends in dedication to Shan’s legacy. Lets do our part to help raise awareness that breast cancer is not just a disease of older women!

We are excited to tell you that we just spent 20hours in studio yesterday and are just about to go in for one last night of recording!! With everything going so well, the new songs should be ready for release in a month.
